The process, end to end

No mystery. Here is the whole thing.

Referral services tend to be vague about what happens between the form and the phone call, because for most of them the answer is "your details were sold to whoever was buying."

Ours is a five-step process and we will describe all five, including the parts where a human makes a judgment call rather than a model. You should hold any service you use to this standard — including this one.

You complete a real intake

Eight screens, roughly ten minutes. Mechanism, jurisdiction, injuries, functional impact, who else was involved, what has already happened with the insurer, and — the part nobody else asks — how you want to be worked with. Every question exists because it changes the answer.

We read it back before you send it

You see the signals your own answers generate: notice periods that may be short, indicators that reframe the file, an offer that needs looking at before it expires. It is not advice and it is not a valuation. It is us showing our work before you commit to anything.

A person reviews it against the network

Constraints first — province, language, conflicts, whether the firm can actually take the file this month. Then fit: demonstrated depth in your exact claim type, litigation posture where liability is contested, capital where the file needs funding, and working style. The model narrows; a human decides.

We call you with one name and the reasoning

Not a shortlist. One lawyer, why them, and what we would ask them if we were you. If something in your file makes us hesitate, you hear that too — including when we think you may not have a claim worth running.

You decide. Then we check back.

Nothing is shared with the firm until you approve it. You meet them — free, no obligation — and retain them only if you want to. We follow up afterwards, and what you tell us adjusts how that firm is routed in the future. That feedback is the only currency in the network.

What we never do

The four rules

  • We never send your file to more than one firm. The multi-firm auction model — where a form is sold to five practices who all call you within the hour — is the thing this service was built against.
  • We never take a share of your settlement. Not directly, not through a partner, not through any arrangement of any kind.
  • We never let a firm buy priority. A flat fee gets a firm considered. Nothing gets a firm chosen except fit.
  • We never tell you your claim is worth something. We are not lawyers, we have not seen your records, and anyone who gives you a number before they have is selling.

Ten minutes, and then it's off your plate.

You can stop researching. That's what this is for.
